Facilitate panel discussions and speed workshops in large groups

The example of a two-day management meeting of an international insurance group – conducted in the Federal Palace in Bonn – illustrates the advantages of digital moderation. The company brings together 240 of its executives at a two-day non-public meeting.  All participants can enrich the content of the event with their own smartphone or tablet. They directly participate in a creating value, as their personal knowledge becomes productive in the course of the event. Participants generated information is merged and documented in real time. The procedure: On the first day the participants are activated as discussants in a panel discussion. On the second day, the results of the previous day will be picked up in order to gather and deepen ideas in a “speed workshop”.
