Integrating live streams into teambits

teambits offers the integration of a video livestream in order to hold events on site or online or both in so-called hybrid events.
In combination with live interactions, surveys or quizzes, video live streams as well as common video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Yotribe, WebEx or Microsoft Teams can be integrated.

For larger events it becomes relevant to distinguish between acting moderators and passive spectators. This is possible with video conferencing solutions. An active exchange between and with your viewers despite virtuality is made possible by teambits.

The following breakdown has proved to be a good one: In the upper area the livestream runs in the Video Player and in the lower area you have the possibility to use our live interactions in real time. For your participants there is a seamless interaction of proven live video streaming and flexible interaction possibilities (voting, Q&A sessions, brainstorming, etc.).
You can read more about our various interaction possibilities here.

How is the livestream integrated?

Thanks to our streaming interface it is easy to integrate the video signal of your conference call into teambits. You can pause the livestream, display it in full screen or picture-in-picture mode and adjust the volume. How, for example, the technical integration of Zoom into teambits works in just a few steps can be read here.

Examples of use

For example, the following formats can be displayed well in the livestream:

  • Presentations
  • Lectures
  • General meetings
  • Group discussions via video conferencing tool
  • Information events for home office employees
  • Panel discussions

Concentrate entirely on your event format and content - we offer you the technical solution for the implementation of virtual or hybrid events.
