teambits now integrates the Zoom web application. It’s never been easier to have a video conference with interactions, quizzes and voting. Set up a full-fledged meeting digitally – see, talk, interact and vote. All this whether five or 500 participants. Of course, still indispensable, from a safe distance. With the integration of Zoom, teambits achieves the claim of a complete basic equipment for hybrid and virtual events.
Hybrid events are quite new. You should therefore always explain the procedure and the “rules of the game” to your guests. We have recorded eight tips for the interactive parts of hybrid events for you:
Large events live from interactive elements. Even before Corona, more and more of these took place digitally – which we at teambits often designed and executed. This has many advantages, such as fairness, speed, easy handling and the versatile, fast presentation of the results. Currently, we are experiencing a special interest in building virtual or hybrid events with digital interaction.
The government has just extended the ban on major events in Germany until the end of December 2020. Hybrid events are a great option for events in 2020 and 2021, and without losing the charm of a “real” event, they allow many more interested people to participate in virtual space.
In hybrid events, a part of the guests meet onsite, on the spot. In view of the development of the pandemic, each federal state regulates the current permissible group size independently. At the same time, hybrid events bring together participants from outside online.
Since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic we have been receiving the same request: A purely web-based virtual conference with interaction and event app functionality on German servers. In a single browser window, with free switching between plenary sessions (one speaker with presentation) and group work phases, and constant access to the Event App. The solution must also be secure and data protection compliant.
Now it’s here: The combination of Yotribe and teambits realizes this wish.
Did you know that the topic of interactive participation in political events is one of our great driving forces? Originating from the research at the Fraunhofer Institute, our company has accompanied the question of participation and its promotion since its foundation. Continue reading Participation – a major concern of teambits
It concerns public limited companies, cooperatives, limited liability companies, associations, foundations and condominium owners’ associations – in short, any form of organization in which members are allowed to vote on what happens in the organization.
The restrictions used to contain the coronavirus are a challenge for small and large organizations. Meetings are limited to only a few people at once: a large group of members, decision-makers, and voters must not be permitted to meet in person. This makes an election difficult – it fails due to the manner in which it is conducted. Electronic voting provides a convenient alternative.
Quiz your audience during your teambits presentation: We recently started offering the quiz as a stand-alone meeting type. Here we describe what it is about, what it is good for and how it works.
Create interactive meetings and presentations or a special break – sometimes it just needs more energy in the room. It doesn’t matter where you work from, or whether you’re interacting with your audience or workgroup virtually or in real time. Quizzes also bring playful elements of competition and interaction to your home office. They also offer great entertainment! Continue reading Quiz your audience!
Only at the beginning of the year teambits 7.5 brought great Q&A and polling features. Collecting, clustering and prioritizing with the digital moderation app became child’s play. Today teambits 7.6 is live – again with fine new features around voting and quizzes.
